Description
The tree on city property near the property lines of 1508 and 1510 West 45th St. Some time ago an arborist from the Ciiy named "Will" was in the neighborhood and I showed him unhealthy limbs and wholes in the trump of the tree where water escapes during heavy rains. They are located in the trunk about six feet above ground.
