Description
Pavement is clearly too thin and has severe pavement distress, including asphalt crumbling away and forming potholes. City needs to do a real pavement re-build, not a thin (less than 1 inch in some locations) mill & overlay that didn't even last 2 years instead of the typical 12 yrs - WASTE OF OUR TAX DOLLARS. Consider Full-Depth Reclamation, the paved areas around the lakes are a particularly good candiate for the city to use this pavement re-build option.
