Description
Tree ID #13066 (Lacebark elm, not a Zelkova) was marked for removal earlier this month but then the crew never arrived. The tree is entirely dead except one small sprouting branch. At risk of dropping branches on parked vehicles. Please ensure the contractor returns to remove this very dead tree. No utility lines but one street light line above.
