Description
3108 Parkwood constructed a paver pathway beside their house. The pavers extend into the public (grass) alley. Additionally, when the pavers were installed, the contractors dumped their brush, dirt, and waste materials into the alley beyond their pathway (closer to the main alley behind Cary.). Their paver pathway is now blocking part of the alley with the pavers, and has blocked the alley between Parkwood and the larger paved alley - both a pedestrian path and a trash can path.
