Description
This section of road has been in disrepair for over 2 years, and was worsened by the ice storm. It has remained neglected. There is no existing curb here, and it is filled will rocks, dirt, gravel and broken car parts. Potholes are filled with water. This is right in front of the school, where children walk and play on the playground. It is extremely hazardous as cars fly by without a curb, throwing debris onto pedestrians, children walking to school and students on the playground.
