Description
There is a patch of asphalt missing where it looks like utility work was done, maybe connecting a lateral to a wastewater main or something. The trench was backfilled but the excavator left cones on either side of the area of work and never came back to overlay it with asphalt. It's been there for quite some time (weeks, if not months), I wonder if they forgot to finish the job. The cones might have the company's name on them, I haven't checked.
