Description
I opened ticket # RDP000003057 and have not seen any action taken. There is a detour off Laburnum Ave to Moss Side Ave and Henrico Blvd. Cars don't stop at the stop sign, they ignore the 25 mph speed limit and my parked car was hit by an unidentified vehicle that did not stop. Traffic barrels and reflector lights are needed on HENROCO BLVD at Moss Side. Its dangerous and its likely to happen again btwn now and November. Reroute the traffic elsewhere or mark the Henrico blvd corner better.
