Description
For the past decade, we have been calling about this tree. Everytime there is heavy rain and wind limbs and branches fall down. This time 3 ft from. Broken branches are handing from the tree over my yard. At at anytime these branches can and potentially hit someone. Also, the city can and check my sewage lines, and was advised roots have grown into the lines. They came and marked it and nothing else was done. My address is 3519 Patrick Ave. 23222
