Description
On the sidewalk beside CVS on the corner of Broad and Arthur Ashe Blvd, a large contingent of vagrants are sleeping and leaving piles of trash. Today I counted 10 people sleeping, and people walking in the street to avoid the sidewalk. This makes it dangerous for residents in the area to walk to stores and restaurants, and generally enjoy living in what should be a walking community.
