Description
There is a culvert/drain pipe at 304 Roslyn Road on city property that is clogged with leaves, sticks and other debris that is causing water from the street to back up and run down my driveway and flooding my yard. Can the City clean out this culvert so the storm water will drain along the City gutter and into the storm water drain further down Roslyn Road? Thanks, Bruce Swartz c 804-651-2448
