Description
CRITICAL HAZARD: A re-sprouting stump & dead tree beside it @ Bus Stop #3708 on Warwick Road (23224) block visibility. Bus drivers and riders cannot see each other, causing the driver to bypass riders or make erratic stops. Bus riders like myself must step out into the highway to hail the bus. Past requests only get temporary trims; please completely extract the root system and remove the dead tree
