Description
I regularly observe vehicles speeding along 42nd Street and disregarding stop signs, despite the fact that families and children frequently cross to access the park. Drivers often appear to be traveling at speeds approaching 40 mph, and I have witnessed unsafe passing and stop-sign violations despite pedestrians trying to cross. Given these ongoing safety concerns, I would like to request that the City consider traffic calming measures, such as speed bumps.
