Description
There are trash cans that have been living on Bowe Street in between carver square and hartshorn since I moved in 2 years ago. Some have house numbers, some don’t. They are routinely used by the community and are often overflowing. I would like to see them removed. So that households will have to follow the rules of trash collection and our street can be cleaner.
