Description
The tree is actually located on Allen Avenue next to our building at 1800 West Grace Street. It overhangs the sidewalk and our building and has been dropping branches recently. In fact, we had a heavy branch drop on one of our HVAC units and dent the top of it. Fortunately, there was no damage that affected the unit, but we are concerned that if there is any more branches falling, we could have further damages. This is the Virginia Automobile Dealers Assoc building at 1800 W Grace
