Description
Ashton Square Apartments 603 Westover Hills Blvd, Richmond, VA 23225. Maintenance crews dumped large quantity of tree and shrub branches into Reedy Creek in the culvert that runs the length of the apartment complex. Access to the culvert is available at Bassett Ave and W 47th ST
