Description
There is a homeless encampment at the intersection of S Mulberry and Cary. Litter is present throughout this area. This intersection is becoming increasingly busy with homelessness and they are extremely conformational to residents. There is also public defecation occurring causing this to be a health concern for the community. I am requesting that the city investigate this to get these individuals the help they need.
