Description

Large pothole in addition to multiple poorly 'fixed' previous attempts. Entire right hand portion of road is too unstable/bumpy to drive on. Crumbling gravel. This has been an issue for multiple consecutive months not rectified since before the winter ice storm. Road needs to be repaved
