Description
Damage was caused by roots from city tree (which has since died and been removed). Sidewalk panel is both cracked and substantially raised on one end (min. 4 inches) creating a tripping hazard for those walking in the neighborhood - the dead tree roots should be completely removed and the concrete panel replaced.
