Description

The City of Richmond had to dig up part of the sidewalk to make a repair. They put rocks in the hole, but never correctly repaired the sidewalk. It is dangerous due to the large area covered in rocks. It is probably not ADA compliant. I know I am concerned about tripping so I walk around the hole.
