Description
The City of Richmond dug a hole in the road looking for an access cover. They discovered the cover a few meters away after making a hole in road. The City of Richmond, after many requests from phone calls, has not repaired the damage in the road. The hole is getting larger and gravel keeps collecting around the hole from cars hitting it. Please repair the damage.
