Description
This tree drops limbs every time there is a storm. The last storm that occurred 7/5/26, split the tree in half and half the tree fell on 2826 Dunn Ave, 23222. The owner of the house at 2828 Dunn Ave removed part of the tree but now refuses to remove the rest of the tree. there is also an overgrown tree in the back yard that has power lines thru it and they fall with every storm. The owner of 2828 started removing the tree and now does not want to complete the task. I am asking for help again
