Description
This block of Cedar St. is absolutely filthy. Trash is scattered everywhere, last night (7/15/2026) someone illegally dumped a mattress and clothing over the sidewalk railing. Plants are overgrowing and blocking sidewalk, making pedestrians walk in the street.
