Description
In the winter, the city came and planted a tree in front of our house. The entire top of the tree is completely dead. Only the bottom 1/3 is alive. We don’t know what to do but it looks terrible and is clearly in need of help. We’ve done everything we can including water it with our own water many times and buy supplies to prop up the tree because it otherwise is completely falling over.
