Description

Construction continues to block the parking lot entrance/exit and street in general, sometimes for hours. There are multiple access points that need to remain usable. Only one is being accounted for, so some people can't even access the alley. Blocking this entrance can leave residents unable to enter or exit, especially when the lot is full. This has been happening for months. Photos are attached in case the entrance is clear when inspected; that does not mean the issue is not occurring.
