Description
Someone dumped their used lumber with exposed nails near the garbage cans in the alley. It’s clear they meant for the garbage collection to take the wood, but it’s not in the cans. The wood has exposed nails which are a hazard because it’s encroaching on the sidewalk on parkwood. I stepped on the nail.
