Description
I would like to report an ongoing illegal dumping issue in the rear alley behind my property. A resident repeatedly leaves household trash in the alley instead of placing it in a trash container. This has caused trash to accumulate and created an unsanitary condition. I have observed this on multiple occasions and can provide photos if needed.
