Description

Several years ago someone made numerous large unauthorized heading cuts on limbs lower than 30ft. Now those limbs are dying and dropping on the house, sidewalk, and street. Additionally there are waterspouts coming out of branches. The neighborhood loves the tree but would like it assessed to make sure there isn't a health issue. Several oaks on the block have died due to oak wilt.
