Description

Please reopen case DPW000220753 rather than file new. Problem: Ellwood Ave & Auburn Ave has heavy pedestrian traffic (shops, restaurants) but no crosswalk markings, signage, or speed calming, and cars regularly fail to yield. Proposed solution: high-visibility crosswalk striping and pedestrian signage, plus an RRFB or radar speed sign (compatible with Ellwood's emergency-route status). Given citywide pedestrian deaths, please reconsider this location.
