Description

Roadway floods so cannot be accessible by foot or car with rain. I cannot get to my house. My neighbors are handicap and have difficulty leaving their house during any rain because they cannot get make it back in if the rain builds up over time. Storm drain needs to be cleaned in this section of Road way
