Description
for traffic turning left on E. Broad from 17th Street, the yield on green sign is missing. either that or they need a protected arrow. yes, yielding on a green is supposed to be the law/rule, but they just go when it's green because the light is short and there's always traffic turning right on E. Broad from the other direction (Oliver Hill Way). it's really dangerous every rush hour.
