Description
We received an Oops sticker and citation on our recycling bin for trash that is not ours contaminating our recycling (e.g. dog food - we do not own a dog). There is a group of unhoused people camping out in the alley who regularly dump in both our trash and recycling. As the middle house in a row of attached townhomes with fences between our backyards and no front porch space to stow our bins, we do not have another option for moving the bins inside our property. We would appreciate the city documenting this illegal dumping in our bins and any resources such as a bin lock to prevent future dumping as it does disrupt our own use of our bins when they are filled up by strangers
