Description
This Oak tree has been reported at least 4 times. The lower limbs need to be removed. Limbs are blocking street light and, when it rains, blocking the sidewalk. There are numerous dead branches in the upper part of the tree, which fall when there is wind. Some striking cars. When I look at previous reports, they all seem to say complete because they are a duplicate of another. See DPD000239867, 238909, 232565, 221620. The issue has been reported several times over the last one year.
