Description
The pedestrian crossing timer isn't synced with the traffic lights. When I was driving east on Grace St this morning, and stopped at the intersection with Ryland, I noticed that the pedestrian crossing timer was stuck at 11 seconds, even though the hand icon was red and the traffic light was also red. I had noticed a similar situation last night, driving west on Grace near Shafer.
