Description

This tree is in front of my house, appears to dead or nearly dead, and has a big power utility line running right through it. With all the storms, it feel it's only a matter of time before a branch falls and cuts power to the area. Please see if you agree and may need to consult dominion as well. Remove tree and replace please.
