Description
Caller ask that this request be expedited he states from the storm there are large limbs that are blocking the street and a large branch has gone through the living room window on the 1st floor....The tree has been dropping branches for a long time and was reported and he has asked for it to be removed but it was only pruned in the past. The branches are hollow, there's bugs in the tree etc. Tree needs to be cut down. Caller is frustrated that the tree was only pruned and not cut down and now it's through his window.
