Description
My street is a short street but there are children that live on both ends of this street. All the streets surrounding Sheffield have speed limit signs and speed bumps except Sheffield. There are cars that speed up and down this street all day. Sometimes the children ride their bikes and play near the street. I was coming home one day and had to come to a complete stop and blow my horn for someone to come and get their toddler out of the street. Please help.
