Description
There is currently no curb and gutter system along the downhill section of Dinnen Street. During a recent rain event, we experienced excessive stormwater runoff, which caused damage to the retaining wall on our property. It is my understanding that a curb and gutter system would direct stormwater into the appropriate drainage rather than allowing it to flow against the wall. This would help reduce unnecessary hydrostatic pressure on the back side and could prevent similar damage in the future.
