Description

Caller needs to discuss a dead tree that was planted by the COR; There were two trees planted and one died caller wanted that tree replanted. Caller states there's a spider mites infestation. He said the tree was to be guaranteed by the planters with Plant Savers. Caller is upset that this is the 2nd request and it wasn't responded to the 1st time with any resolution. Caller wants to be called this time.
