Description
This is the fourth time our neighbors have reported this house. They fill all the recycling containers with trash they use everyone else's trash can on the Block. And their household creates so much trash they need to order several new trash cans. I spoke to the sanitation crew this morning they said that they were not allowed to dump the recycling bins that are full of garbage. Those cans have been full of garbage for more than a month. There is also garbage thrown all over the alley it's a hundred degrees I've seen rats and raccoons these people need a citation they need to be fined and they need to stop doing this. Address is 1208 n 19th st. Please arrest these savages. They ignore Every citation.
