Description
Construction equipment and large plastic barriers have been placed in a manner that completely obstructs driver visibility. The height and placement of these temporary barriers create a severe blind spot, making it impossible for vehicles to safely see oncoming traffic or pedestrians when attempting to turn out of the intersection. A large dominion truck almost completely took out another car, and this is not the first time there has been a near accident.
