Description
There are LIME scooters blocking handicap access to sidewalks at 4117 Park Avenue as well as 4118 Patterson Avenue. Both pedestrians and wheelchairs are blocked from accessing the sidewalks. This is a direct violation of the ADA and LIME needs to be held accountable for the infraction.
