Description
There is an alley behind the buildings on the 3200 block. You access it from the parking lot behind the new complex called The Abbey. It is one way entering from Tilden and exeting Cleveland. The Cleveland side sign on the light pole keeps getting taken down. I've even seen a person with it. The direction really does need to be controlled. Parking and flow is too tight. For some reason cars drive fast in the wrong direction just to cut accross The Abbeys parking lot. They also have new residents
