Description
This has been an ongoing hazard. You can see from the picture that they are blocking a travel lane. There are two lanes that go straight through the light. And they block one. With no lane closure signs and no traffic measures. This is not compiant with any WISP that I have ever seen. It is a hazard to cars and cyclists. It has been reported before.
