Description
During our last winter/ice storm the water pipes underground located in front of my house at 301 Beaufont Hills Dr burst. The pipes are serviced and owned by the City of Richmond. A work crew came out stopped the leak but left mountains of tar caked on the street and near the sidewalk where they accessed the pipes. The tar has leveled down but now there’s a hole in the street which appears dangerous for cars driving by. It’s an eyesore. It’s been well over 60 days since the work was done.
