Description

The enormous (Red Tipped Photinia) hedge has died behind the buildings and in the alley of the Hanover Ave 3200 block. It is accessed via the parking lot of the new complex The Abbey. Dead branches are falling and scratching vehicles. Poisin ivy is growing in it. Birds are roosting in it and damaging cars with their poop. There is a blight that has wiped out Red Tipped Photinias. This enormous hedge has died and is damaging cars. Signs are hidden in it
