Description
About 6-12 month ago a new hydrant was added and in the process they demolished the curb and added an asphalt hump. This prevents water from getting to drain, often climbing to over 24”, goes over curb, and cars need to be moved so water doesn’t come inside door Adding pictures of asphalt blocking water flow and accumulated sediment
