Description
Reporting a damaged pedestrian crosswalk signal at the intersection of Chamberlain Avenue and Azalea Avenue. The signal appears to have been run over/struck by a vehicle and is knocked down/damaged. This is a pedestrian safety hazard at the crosswalk and needs repair or replacement. Please dispatch a crew to assess and fix it. Thank you.
