URGENT SANITARY HAZARD: Several portapotties at 8th & E. Cary St have been overflowing for weeks, spilling contents onto the public sidewalk. This is a severe biohazard and right-of-way obstruction affecting transit commuters and pedestrians. Please inspect, enforce an immediate cleanup by the vendor, and ensure the hazard is permanently resolved.
