Description
he owns a business and it is becoming a dumping ground. He has complained about the trash being thrown out there and no one is cleaning. He stated for years he has picked up trash just to be able to cut the grass, repaired ditches, and whatever else he could do to help the street drainage despite paying the storm water tax/utility which was implemented to cover drainage throughout the city.
