Description

Huge and dangerous pothole by a man hole in the middle of W. Hooper St. It may be a developing sink hole. See picture. Right now it’s about 8” deep and 3’ wide. Cars are bottoming out. Peole on bikes and crash. Very dangerous. Please fix asap.
